Everyone deals with challenges in their personal life, professional life or ministry life.

Many people, whether educated a lot or a little, struggle with how to best navigate through their circumstances. They often make decisions that work against them.

My clients come from all walks of life, and they come to make positive changes that save them time, money and frustration.

Most are looking for solutions and desire a fresh start after getting poor results. Others just need someone to bounce things off of and give input from another outside perspective.

It’s an honor to help  them assess their situation so they can be more confident and resourceful while making important decisions. With new tools in their belt, they are better able to solve their own challenges and relieve unnecessary pressure.

There’s nothing more rewarding for me than seeing my client’s excited from making a small adjustment and getting a large return.

The Importance of Having an Advancement Strategy

Everyone can benefit from partnering with someone who can help them get faster results toward their goals. Our time, energy and resources are too valuable to waste through trial and error. We need to be strategic in our plans to get the results we want.

Winston Churchill said “He who fails to plan, is planning to fail.”

Can you imagine building a house without plans? That would be a disaster! Choosing to let someone else determine your plans for you without your input means you get whatever you get. It’s the difference between buying a pre-existing house or building one that suits you.

Wouldn’t you rather be the one to decide to get results you want?

Think of it this way, if you wanted to learn archery and wanted to hit the target, you would have to aim at the target to have a chance at hitting it in the center. Even then, not knowing how to hold the bow and arrow, how to stand or release the arrow, would probably hinder your chances of hitting the target anytime soon. Either way, you would need to practice, but practicing the wrong way could make you real good at being real bad at archery.

The best way to become good at hitting the target would be to have a skilled archer train you. Even then, you’d have to practice until you could do it on your own more accurately.

Similarly, an “Advancement Strategist” (coach) can give you proven tools to help you define your target, develop a strategy, and advance faster than you could on your own.

What would it feel like to save a lot of time, money and aggravation? Let me partner with you to help you get the results you want sooner.
